Disney World Ticket Requirements Update 2024

Park reservations for date based tickets has finally gone away! This should help planning your trip to Disney World just a little bit easier. The majority of people think it is already complicated enough to do all the things needed, between dinning reservations and Genie+. This update to remove park reservations is only for date based tickets purchased. If you have a good any day ticket type or a season pass you will still be required to make a park reservation for now. Hopefully this will soon follow and reservations will no longer be needed to enter the park.

Park Hopping at any time has also finally returned. The Disney World 2pm park hopping rule has now been eliminated and you are now allowed to park hop at any time. This is very exciting for those who like to hop around. I know a lot of people that tend to do one park a day and they are good with that. We are the type of family that loves to hop around, two parks a day is normal for us. We love to take advantage of hopping for a late afternoon dinning reservation or have an extra chance at riding those virtual queue rides an extra time with having park hopper tickets we generally have plans to maximise the things our family loves about Disney. Since this is returning we are hoping to do a 4 park challenge in 2024! I will tell you all about it!

These changes in my opinion are all around good for planning your trip to Disney World!
